The Denver Photo Betties are growing! In fact, we are almost at 600 members. It's crazy to think there are so many talented, female photographers right here in Colorado, yet here we are.
As the group grows, so do the responsibilities of the board members. To help stay on top of things, the Denver Photo Betties have added three new board members for 2015.

What inspired you to join the Bettie Board? I have been helping other photographers indirectly, this gave me a chance toh elp even more!
What do you like to din your free time: Travel with my family, love on my husband and kiddos, drink yummy cocktails, eat fantastic foo, and laugh a lot, usually at inappropriate jokes!

What is your favorite part about being a Denver Photo Bettie: there are so many opportunities to learn, practice, be inspired, and get support from our fellow photographers.

What inspired you to join the Bettie Board? The people! Everyone I've met at the events is so nice, and I knew it'd be an amazing group to be a part of.
What do you like to do in your free time? I choreograph, teach and perform with a fewdance troupes, and I volunteer at the shelter taking photos of the animals looking for their forever homes.

What is your favorite part about being a Denver Photo Bettie: The women! So supportive and inspiring. It's great to meet people who genuinely want to help you grow as a photographer, a person and a friend.
When did you join the Bettie Board: January 2015
What inspired you to join the Bettie Board: I fully support everything the Betties stand for. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for what these amazing women have given to this group. I wanted to contribute to the group's goals and ideas, to help build a strong foundation of supportive women in Denver and make some incredible friends along the way.
What do you like to do in your free time? I am a new mom and loving every minute of it. Before the baby, I was a full time dance instructor along side my husband. We traveled the world sharing and teaching our passion for dance. Now I travel less often so I can spend time with my family at home. We like to be outdoors. I love soccer, volleyball, kickball, baby play dates and anything else to keep me active. We love laser tag, bowling, pool, FOOD, and any other activities that allow us to let our inner kid out. :-)
